Photoscape – a photo editor that works, and is free…

Posted on 27 Jul 2015 By The Carolina Nerd

I like free software, especially if it works well.

With thousands of photo editing software packages available, choosing one for your needs can be exhausting.

For basic editing, I use PhotoScape.  It has many features, such as batch editing, resizing, color and brightness adjustment, frames, adding text, cropping, screen capture, and more.

For the basic, casual editing of photos, this free software will most likely meet your needs.
